Job Description

**responsibilities**

1. follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.

2. ensure all orders are accurately picked up from the designated location and delivered to the correct address.

3. verify order accuracy and completeness before delivery.

4. handle and transport orders with care to prevent damage or spillage.

5. provide friendly and professional customer service during delivery interactions.

6. collect payments from customers, if required, and issue receipts as needed.

**requirements**

1. valid driver's license (for motorcycle or scooter riders) or proficiency in riding a bicycle.

2. previous experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

3. good knowledge of the local area and ability to read maps or use gps devices.

4. strong time management and organizational skills.

5. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
