To complete the delivery of Orders assigned for the day and reporting the same

Distributing various packages to specified locations within a given time frame planning daily travel routes based on locations and time frames.

Checking materials as per shipment/ consignment and collect from Delivery hub and carrying it to the customer; Being responsible for collecting and carrying the Cash on Delivery (COD) to deposit it with the Hub

To be well groomed and well-mannered while interacting with customer/sellers answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.

Carefully loading and unloading all packages, accepting and recording payment for delivered packages.

Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.

Obtaining customers' signatures on APP upon completion of each delivery.

Promptly reporting any road accidents and traffic violations to the company.

Checking materials as per shipment/ consignment and collect from Delivery hub and carrying it to the customer.

Being responsible for collecting and carrying the Cash on Delivery (COD) to deposit it with the Hub.

Customer Handling, Script/Run Sheet & Pickup sheet updating

Operational Terminologies & their usages Shipment/ Bags/ Consignment/ ERP/ Runsheet/

Pick Up Sheet/ BYOD/ POS/ PP/ COD/ Stickers/ Reading Shipment Label/Tracking ID/

Daily Attendance/ Security Measures to be followed
