Opening For Delivery Boys

MG is /- for 12 parcels per rider per day

€¢ From 13th parcel per delivery will be /-.

€¢ No Limit for Max. Order Count.

€¢ Eligibility for qualifying MG is 26 days attendance per rider per month.

€¢ If the rider fails to qualify for 26 days attendance, then he/she would get /- per delivery for the total volume delivered in that month.

€¢ Total Shift per day is Minimum 9 Hrs.

€¢ Billing Cycle is 1st-30th/31st of the month and the payout will be in between 10th-12th day of the following month.

€¢ Distance might be up to 15 Km radius .

€¢ No work no Pay. Payment will be strictly dependent on the volume catered.

€¢ No leave will be permitted on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday due to peak volume flow.

€¢ Week-off can only be permitted to riders on either day Monday/Tuesday/Thursday.

€¢ If the rider has full month attendance, the rider will get /- as incentive

€¢ Mandatory On-boarding Documents of Rider are : Adhaar, PAN, Driving License, Vehicle RC, Insurance, Passport Photo and bank Passbook.
