Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Typing:
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in digital databases and spreadsheets.
2. Copy Editing:
- Review and edit data entries for errors, completeness, and consistency.
3. Hindi Typing:
- Type and transcribe documents in Hindi as required.
4. Back Office Processing:
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and documentation.
5. English Typing:
- Input and format text in English for various reports and documents.
6. Online Data Entry:
- Input data from online sources into designated platforms.
7. Basic Computers:
- Utilize computer systems and software to perform data entry tasks efficiently.
8. Data Processing:
- Organize and process data to generate reports or insights as needed.
9. Copy Paste Jobs:
- Perform copy-paste tasks accurately and promptly.
10. Offline Data Entry:
- Enter data from physical documents into digital formats.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Package.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English typing is essential.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Good organizational skills to manage data effectively.
- Strong typing skills with speed and precision.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Must be a 10th pass with a willingness to learn and adapt to different data entry tasks.
