Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. You will work on extracting insights from large datasets, building predictive models, and supporting data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and programming.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data

Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms

Visualize data and present insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib

Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions

Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate strategies

Monitor model performance and maintain data pipelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field

Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL

Experience with ML frameworks (., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)

Strong knowledge of statistics and data wrangling

Familiarity with databases and cloud services (., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, or computer vision

Experience with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop

Hands-on with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and APIs
