Fresher hiring for Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for freshers who have completed their 12th grade. You will work from home and be responsible for accurately entering and managing data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Data Entry**: Input and update information in databases and systems with high accuracy. You will ensure that all data entered is precise and up-to-date.

2. **Data Verification**: Review and verify data for completeness and correctness. This involves checking for any errors in the entered data and correcting them as needed.

3. **Maintaining Files**: Organize and maintain digital files and records. You will help ensure that all data is stored properly and can be easily accessed when required.

4. **Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports based on entered data. You may need to generate summaries and spreadsheets to present the information clearly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good typing skills are essential, along with the ability to use various computer programs. You should possess basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, to perform your tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also important in this role.
