Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in databases and spreadsheets. This includes verifying data accuracy and ensuring information integrity. They will also be tasked with organizing and sorting data to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities include entering data accurately and in a timely manner, performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, proficiency in using data entry software and tools, and the ability to work independently. They should also have good communication skills, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
