Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Shibpur. This part-time role is perfect for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented and has basic computer skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Data Entry:** Inputting accurate data into spreadsheets and databases. This involves entering information quickly and correctly to help maintain the organization’s records.

- **Data Verification:** Checking the accuracy of entered data. You will review the data to ensure it is correct, minimizing errors and ensuring high-quality output.

- **Organizing Files:** Keeping digital files organized and easy to access. You will categorize and label data files for efficient retrieval and management.

- **Updating Records:** Regularly updating databases and other records as new information comes in. This ensures that all data is current and reflects any recent changes.

- **Reporting Issues:** Notifying supervisors about any discrepancies or issues with the data. Clear communication helps resolve problems quickly and keeps processes running smoothly.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have at least a 10th-grade education, and prior experience is not necessary but will be beneficial. You should be familiar with basic computer programs, especially word processors and spreadsheets. Attention to detail is crucial, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Strong communication skills are important for reporting issues and asking questions when needed. This role is specifically open to female candidates.
