Key Responsibilities:

- Enter Data Accurately: You will be responsible for inputting various types of information into our database, ensuring that all data entries are error-free and up to date.

- Update Records: Regularly check and update existing records in the system to maintain current information, helping to keep our database reliable.

- Verify Data: You will review data for accuracy and completeness by cross-referencing with source documents, ensuring that all information captured is precise.

- Organize Files: Maintain proper organization of physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval and management of information when needed.

- Assist in Reports: Help generate and prepare reports based on the entered data, providing insights that support operations and decision-making.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), is essential.
