Hiring Fresher / Data Entry Operator / 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

Enter customer information into banking software and databases.

Verify and update customer records and KYC details.

Process account opening forms and other banking documents.

Scan, upload, and maintain digital records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.

Coordinate with branch staff for data verification and corrections.

Handle basic administrative and back-office tasks.

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with bank policies.

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email handling.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Attention to detail.

Basic communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (depending on the position).

Basic computer certification may be preferred.
