🔹 Key Responsibilities

A Data Entry Operator mainly supports banking operations by managing data and records:

Data Entry Work

Enter customer details, account information, and transaction data into the bank system.

KYC Data Upload & Verification

Update Aadhaar, PAN, and other documents in the system after verification.

Form Processing

Handle account opening forms, loan applications, and other documents.

Transaction Records Maintenance

Maintain records of NEFT, RTGS, cheque entries, and daily transactions.

Document Scanning & Filing

Scan physical documents and store them digitally in the system.

MIS & Excel Reporting

Prepare daily reports using MS Excel and maintain branch data.

Error Checking

Ensure all entered data is accurate and correct mistakes if found.

Completely office-based job

No sales or field work

Fixed working hours (banking hours)

Work under operations/back office team

Focus on accuracy and speed

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum: 12th pass

Preferred: Graduate (any stream)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Typing speed (25-40 WPM preferred)

💰 Salary (Approx)

Fresher: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000/month
