Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive who will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately and efficiently. This is a part-time position based in Bagharbari, Guwahati, suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry: You will input data into our systems, ensuring it is accurate and error-free. This will involve typing information from various sources into databases or spreadsheets.

2. Data Verification: After entering data, you will verify the information to ensure that it is complete and correct. This may involve cross-checking with original documents or communicating with team members.

3. Organization: You may be required to organize data in a logical manner, making it easy to retrieve later. This includes categorizing and sorting data as per the requirements of the team.

4. Reporting: You may need to generate basic reports on the information you manage. This will help the team track progress and make informed decisions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and have good typing speed with accuracy. Basic knowledge of computer applications, especially spreadsheets and databases, is essential. You should also have good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team. Since this is a work-from-home position, self-motivation and the ability to manage time efficiently are important for success in this role.
