Hiring Freshers || Data Encoder

We are seeking a Data Encoder to support our team by entering and managing data efficiently. This is a part-time, work-from-home position that is ideal for freshers who have completed at least 10th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry:** Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets. You will ensure that all data is entered correctly, maintaining high-quality standards to avoid errors.

- **Data Management:** Organizing and maintaining data files. You will categorize and update records systematically, enabling easy access and retrieval of information when needed.

- **Quality Check:** Regularly checking entries for accuracy and consistency. You will need to review data to spot any mistakes and correct them promptly.

- **Assisting with Reports:** Helping prepare simple reports from the data you manage. You will compile information and present it in a clear, understandable format for team members.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be detail-oriented and have a strong ability to focus on tasks for extended periods. Basic computer skills with familiarity in using spreadsheets and databases are necessary. Good typing speed will be an advantage, as well as the capability to follow instructions carefully. As this role is remote, strong time management skills and self-motivation are critical. You should be able to communicate effectively and work independently while meeting deadlines.
