key responsibilities:
• deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches
to the skills required by the corporate clients using an online training
platform.
• regularly coordinate with the training excellence manager regarding all
training activities and process steps.
• manage the early assessment process and implement growth plan for
students, so their skills can meet needs of the corporate clients.
• counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities.
• provide regular feedback to the training manager on training content and the
• need for local customization
• must be able to work independently without the supervision of a senior person
• participate in reviews/ meetings
• conduct training as per defined curriculum / course.
• provide support (phone, email) and virtual training as needed to affiliate end users
• track the batch progress time to time and report escalations to management.
• work with delivery teams to seek feedback and improve training
• create weekly assessments and evaluate the candidates
key skills:
• 2 to 6 years of experience in imparting technical training/ mentoring .
• should have exceptional communication skills/ presentation skills.
• stay up to date with the latest testing techniques in the field.
• should have the ability to resolve all technical queries of students.
• should have the ability to quickly learn any new technology and impart the same to students.
• should have very strong concepts of data analytics.
• should have good knowledge of sql and advanced sql.
• should have basic knowledge of statistics.
• should have hands-on and training experience on python, advanced python, r programming, sas and machine learning
• should be good in operating systems gnu/linux, network fundamentals,
