· bachelor's degree in it / engineering

· 4+ years of relevant work experience

· strong experience in sql scripting

· proficiency with etl and etl tools is required

· proficiency in building visualization using tableau

· good experience working with microsoft excel.

· ability to work independently and with business stakeholders

- experience creating hr related reports (workday or similar) a big plus

· working knowledge of salesforce and/or netsuite is nice to have

· excellent communication (verbal and written)

· strong team player and results-driven.

· develop and optimize data architecture to support the data needs of our rapidly-growing

business

· mine data to create new insights into improving finance, products, engineering, marketing and

sales operations and process.

· enhance analytics automation and reduce the time taken to arrive at decision making analysis

· creating high impact tableau dashboards and data visualizations

· manage databases (including creating new tables, views, and functions as required)

kind of questions they may ask on sql:

- writing sub-queries

- understanding of null values

- aggregates, group by and order by

- understand rank functions

- understand case/conditional statements
