Job Description

A graduate with minimum One year prior experience leading a small team of customer support executives, customer interaction, Invoicing, Billing, Collection, complaint resolution, vendor management, emailing, telephonic skills and MS-office ( Word & Excel ). Should have prior experience of speaking and convincing people.

Need to be self-motivated and ready to promptly work for organisational goals. Prefer to know English, Malayalam & Tamil fluently.

Education Preference : MBA preferred
