a graduate with minimum one year prior experience leading a small team of customer support executives, customer interaction, invoicing, billing, collection, complaint resolution, vendor management, emailing, telephonic skills and ms-office ( word & excel ). should have prior experience of speaking and convincing people.

need to be self-motivated and ready to promptly work for organisational goals. prefer to know english, malayalam & tamil fluently.

gender preference : female candidates.

education preference : mba preferred
