Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

• Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.

• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

• A team player with leadership skills.

• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:-

• Should be good in both Verbal and Written Communication

• Self-motivated

• Sound Knowledge of English and Hindi.

Qualification: 10th+12th+ITI

Language: Good English + Hindi
