• maintain a thorough understanding of mutual fund operations products, services.

• build and maintain a high quality and professional working relationship with all field professionals, shareholders and internal business units.

• provide quality customer service by providing detailed, accurate and timely communications to ensure the field and clients have a reasonable understanding of the operational status of the account.

• accurately processes all mutual fund transactions on a timely basis to achieve the best possible results for the member and representative, adhering to the applicable industry regulated guidelines.

• accurately processes various transactions via phone work including transfers, disbursements and other maintenance requests.

• strong hindi and moderate english communication,
