➢ handle the customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution.
➢ identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
➢ build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
➢ manage large inbound calls.
➢ provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
➢ follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
➢ take an extra mile to engage customers.
➢ excellent communication in hindi is mandatory.
➢ strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
➢ ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
➢ customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
➢ proven customer support experience is added advantage.
qualification : any graduate – female
experience : 0-2 years
compensation : ₹ 1,50,000/- to 2,50,000/- lpa
