Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answer queries professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints.
2) Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
3) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
4) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Skills: Candidate must have excellent communication in English
Experience: 6 months (Any customer service)
Education: Graduate
Shift Timing
Male – Rotational shifts- 24*7 (Any 9hours)
Female - 8AM to 8PM (Any 9 hours)
6 Days working, 1 Rotational Week Off.
