Customer Support Associate (CCE) for Renowned MNC - Lucknow

Location: Lucknow

Eligibility Criteria:

Fluency in English & Hindi

Good typing speed with accuracy

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions

Manage customer interactions via calls, chat, and email

Maintain accurate records of customer communications

Follow company policies and service standards

Contribute to team and customer satisfaction goals

Pay Scale:

Upto Rs. 15,000/month.

Fixed salary

Immediate Joiner | Work from office

9 hours rotational shift | One day rotational day off
