Sr. Customer Care Executive

CLOUD PHYSICIAN

Our Care Center, based in Bangalore, is staffed 24/7 by a highly qualified and trained critical care

team that includes super-specialist doctors, nurses, dietitians, and pharmacologists. The clinical

team uses our proprietary platform, RADAR, to connect to hospital ICUs to oversee and manage the

care of critically ill patients across multiple regions. RADAR, built by our team of technology

experts, incorporates automation, computer vision, real-time video, and data analytics to help

expert care providers connect to and provide care to patients.

We have cared for nearly 1,00,000 intensive care patients across 23 states in India and saved

numerous lives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Care Executive to manage and support the US

medical prescription process in our Health Tech company. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years

of experience in healthcare customer service, with a strong understanding of patient centricity,

prescription handling, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for

handling customer interactions through email, chat, and outbound calls, ensuring a smooth and

professional communication experience. You will serve as a vital link between the company and its

clients, providing efficient and accurate support.
