Role Description
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting.
Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers/Experienced Both can Apply.
