Job Description

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) would make calls to the targeted customers and provide necessary information.

The CSEs would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call.

The CSE would try to meet the objective on the call for e.g. Induction, Engagement, collection, sale, appointment, retention, etc.

The CSE would tag all details of the call in the application provided and dispose the call based on the customer feedback.
