Job description (Voice Process)

1. Should be able to handle customer call and give proper solution to the customer.

2. Should be able to achieve the set KPI/ Target

3. Should be able to speak in English, Tamil , Malayalam

4. Age limit 18 to 25 (Freshers only)

5. Should be able to work from home and should have desktop or laptop

6. Salary 1,54,020 (CTC per Annum) .

7. Should be able to work in rotational shift (Especially 3pm to 12am)

8. Should be ready to take back to back calls for Nine hours (80+ Calls)

9. 2nd dose Covid Vaccination certificate is Mandatory

10. Candidate should be located in Tamil Nadu or Kerala

11. No leaves for first 3 months
