1. should be able to handle customer call and give proper solution to the customer.

2. should be able to achieve the set kpi/ target

3. should be able to speak in english, tamil , malayalam

4. age limit 18 to 25 (freshers only)

5. should be able to work from home and should have desktop or laptop

6. salary 1,54,020 (ctc per annum) .

7. should be able to work in rotational shift (especially 3pm to 12am)

8. should be ready to take back to back calls for nine hours (80+ calls)

9. 2nd dose covid vaccination certificate is mandatory

10. candidate should be located in tamil nadu or kerala

11. no leaves for first 3 months
