💰 compensation details:

training period (6 months):

💸 ₹20,000 per month stipend

🕒 hours per week

post-training (full-time):

💼 designation: associate – customer success

💰 ctc: ₹8,00,000 per annum

(₹6,00,000 base salary + ₹2,00,000 yearly performance pay)
