Customer Service Representative

we are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join as customer service representatives. in this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients in international markets.

key responsibilities include:

handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.

providing accurate information and assistance to customers.

adhering to quality standards and service level agreements.

collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

requirements:

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

excellent communication skills in english.

previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.

ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

willingness to work in night shift (uk shift).

freshers salary upto 25000ctc

experienced 25000ctc to 50000ctc
