job responsibilities:
1. responsible for the maintenance and follow-up of loan customers in the app
2. possess strong communication skills and customer service awareness, handling and resolving customer inquiries and needs via email or phone calls to enhance their positive experience with the app
3. address customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure service quality; demonstrate teamwork spirit, and report special customer requests or suggestions to superiors for approval
4. collaborate on the research of similar app products
5. proactively complete other tasks assigned by superiors
employment requirements:
1. gender,age: 18~38 years old (female or male)
2. education: college degree or higher
3. work experience: 1 year or more in related experience, fresh graduates with outstanding performance are also welcome
4. meticulous and responsible in work, capable of handling moderate work pressure; proficient in using office software such as word and excel
5. this is a remote work position, and employees are required to provide their own office computer, wifi network, microphone, and other necessary equipment
working hours:
8:00 -- 12:00, 13:30 -- 17:30
work six days a week with one day off arranged from monday to sunday; shift work will be scheduled during holidays based on workload, and holiday wages will be calculated according to national regulations
job salary:
basic salary of 25,000 rupees + full attendance bonus of 1,000 rupees + office equipment allowance of 2,000 rupees + social security subsidy of 2,000 rupees + performance bonus (calculated based on monthly work performance)
