Job Description

Responsibilities:

€¢ Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

€¢ Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently

€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

€¢ Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate team

€¢ Provide product and service information to customers

Requirements:

€¢ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

€¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

€¢ Experience in customer service or a related field

€¢ High school diploma or equivalent
