Job Description
§ We are hiring for US/ UK Working Hours/ Shift
§ Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.
§ Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the Customer queries.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
§ Experience candidate can apply in Customer service.
§ We want a Candidate who has a good command in English (Excellent communication in English).
§ Basic knowledge of Excel.
§ Flexible to work in a challenging work environment.
§ Result Oriented.
§ Must be comfortable with night shift
§ Must be comfortable for Calling.
§ Handling inquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.
§ Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.
§ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Salary: ?18,000 to - ?30,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
