Job Description

We are hiring for US/ UK Working Hours/ Shift

Resolve customer queries that a high standard of customer service is maintained.

Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls and fixing appointments Handling the Customer queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience candidate can apply in Customer service.

We want a Candidate who has a good command in English (Excellent communication in English).

Basic knowledge of Excel.

Flexible to work in a challenging work environment.

Result Oriented.

Must be comfortable with night shift

Must be comfortable for Calling.

Handling inquiries coordinating/following up accordingly.

Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Handling Handle Telephonic Inquiries Must have Good Communication Skills.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Salary: ?18,000 to - ?30,000.00 /month

Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
