profile:

location: delhi (saket)

job description:-

 coordination with care givers (attendants, nurses, physiotherapist) for

booking for the patient care.

 resolving all care giver queries

 customer retention

 collecting feedback from both care giver and customer.

 candidate should be active in whatsapp group.

 basic computer knowledge required.

desired candidate profile:-

 should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

 flexible to work on weekends

 candidates from any industry having customer service experience will be

considered.

 healthcare industry background will be preferred

 immediate joiners will be preferred
