We have urgent job opening for Allocation Executive, please find the JD below

profile:

Location: Delhi (Saket)

Job Description:-

Coordination with Care Givers (Attendants, Nurses, Physiotherapist) for

booking for the patient care.

Resolving All care giver Queries

Customer Retention

Collecting Feedback from both care giver and customer.

Candidate should be active in WhatsApp group.

Basic computer knowledge required.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Should be Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Flexible to work on weekends

Candidates from any industry having customer Service experience will be

considered.

Healthcare Industry background will be preferred

Immediate Joiners will be preferred
