Job Description

Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.

Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints (chargebacks, fund transfer etc) inquiries, and comments.

Follow up with the internal team to ensure speedy resolution adhering to timelines set for resolution.

Ensure customer grievances are addresses effectively.

Generate regular MIS and provide service updates to the internal stakeholders.

Ability to quick understand a problem and coordinate with the right people to solve it as soon as possible.
