π Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls related to Metropolis lab services.
Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and support.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues patiently.
Maintain high-quality customer experience and professionalism.
π― Requirements:
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) minimum
Experience:
Freshers: Welcome to apply
Experienced: Preferred (with relevant customer service background)
Language: Good English communication skills (mandatory)
Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Location: Must be open to working from the Mumbai office
β° Shift Timings:
Any 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM β 11:00 PM
Rotational shifts (No night shift beyond 11 PM)
6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off

Freshers: βΉ16,000/- Take Home
Experienced: βΉ17,000/- Take Home
