handle inbound calls related to metropolis lab services.

assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and support.

provide accurate information and resolve issues patiently.

🎯 requirements:

qualification: hsc (12th pass) minimum

experience:

freshers: welcome to apply

experienced: preferred (with relevant customer service background)

language: good english communication skills (mandatory)

gender: open to male & female candidates

age limit: 18 to 35 years

location: must be open to working from the mumbai office

⏰ shift timings:

any 9-hour shift between 7:00 am – 11:00 pm

rotational shifts (no night shift beyond 11 pm)

6 days working | 1 rotational weekly off

💰 salary:

freshers: ₹16,000/- take home

experienced: ₹17,000/- take home
