Job Summary:
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote hotel services, convert inquiries into bookings, and provide excellent customer service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele Sales Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for room, banquet, and event bookings.
- Explain hotel/resort offers, packages, and promotions clearly.
- Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain and update lead database/CRM.
Customer Service Duties:
- Handle inbound calls for inquiries, bookings, complaints, or information.
- Assist guests with reservation changes, cancellations, and requests.
- Coordinate with front office/reservations for guest requirements.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Good sales pitch and convincing ability.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM software).
- Polite, patient, and guest-friendly attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
- 02 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (hospitality preferred).
- Freshers with good communication may apply.
