• handle outbound/inbound calls from the customers

• undergraduate/graduate with or without any prior experience.
• should possess communication skills in english + kannada or malayalam
• should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (24*7)
• demonstrates a strong customer service orientation
• takes responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied and promises are kept
