Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across various channels (calls, emails, chats) in a courteous and timely manner.

Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services.

Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the system.

*Skills and Qualifications:*

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills like Hindi are a plus).

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
