As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will answer questions from customers via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and accurate information about our products and services.

- Resolving Issues: When customers encounter problems, you will help identify solutions and provide guidance to ensure a positive outcome.

- Processing Orders: You will assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders, ensuring a seamless transaction process.

- Maintaining Customer Records: Accurately entering and updating customer information in our systems will be essential to keep records current and accessible.

- Collaborating with Team Members: Working closely with your colleagues, you will share customer feedback and insights to help improve services and products.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues. A positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once are critical. You should also be detail-oriented, ensuring accurate record-keeping and order processing. Experience in customer service, whether in person or over the phone, will help you excel in this position. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required, and prior experience in a similar role between 1 to 4 years is desirable. Being punctual and reliable is expected, along with the willingness to work a full-time schedule from our Salt Lake office.
