Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Relationship Consultants. As a Relationship Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. You will play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide personalized assistance and support.

2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
