Shift: 8pm - 5:30am Night US Process

* Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for the US market

- Resolve customer queries efficiently and politely

- Maintain high call quality and customer satisfaction

* Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

- Willing to work night shifts (USA time zone)

- Customer-first approach and professional behavior

* Salary & Incentives

- Experienced Candidates Only: 20,000 40,000/month (based on experience)
