Position: Education Counselor

Years of Experience:

6 months - 1 or 2 Years (Preferably Relevant)

Location: The current location of the candidates will be Vadodara, Gujarat.

Salary: Best in the industry and negotiable based on skill

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in Career Counseling

A Bachelors degree or higher in Education or a related field

Familiarity with the education sector and its trends

Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide student counseling on educational programs and career pathways.

Drive sales and enrollment through persuasive techniques.

Manage customer relationships and address inquiries and concerns.

Offer advisory services to students and parents regarding educational options.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the enrollment process.

Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.

Prepare sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling and sales skills.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve serve
