Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for outbound voice and sales processes. In this role, you will handle customer interactions over the phone, resolve inquiries, and actively promote our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote credit cards, loans, insurance, and other financial products.

Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and support.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, or Malayalam.

Proven experience in sales or banking sales

Basic computer proficiency.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
