Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with queries related to insurance policies, claims, renewals, and service requests.

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure policy retention and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

Guide customers on suitable insurance products (Life/Health/General).

Ensure timely follow-ups for policy renewals, documentation, and premium collection.

Act as a bridge between the company and clients for smooth service delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments for claim processing or issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
