Job Description

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers: As a Customer Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Handle customer inquiries and concerns: You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive experience.

3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services: You will be required to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing customers to drive sales and revenue growth.

4. Collaborate with internal teams: You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

5. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements: You will gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with the team to implement necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
