Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely responses to their needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
