Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp & follow-ups.

Understand their career goals and recommend suitable training programs.

Explain courses, fees, curriculum & career opportunities.

Handle enquiries and maintain strong student relationships.

Follow up with leads and support admission conversions.

Maintain lead records and achieve monthly targets.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional phone communication.

Good counselling, convincing & follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive, target-oriented & self-motivated attitude.

Freshers are welcome! Experience in telecalling, education counselling, customer service or inside sales will be an advantage.
