roles/responsibilities:
- drive conversion of retail and institutional leads through systematic follow-ups and strong data analysis.
- upsell and cross-sell to customers based on needs and interests.
- provide inputs to the marketing team and mycenta community team on new potential initiatives.
- build strong customer experience - regular query handling and tracking via a tech-enabled process
- service institutional clients with relevant leads (. teacher candidate leads for employers)
skills/experience needed:
- preferably at least 1 year of experience in customer relations / upselling and cross-selling. freshers will be considered based on skills.
- strong process orientation; ability to set up and follow processes.
- strong data-handling, analysis and tracking skills; comfort with technology tools.
- good written and verbal communication in english (ability to work with one more language, . hindi, would be a bonus)
- high integrity in external relations while representing the brand and addressing customer queries.
