Job Description

We are urgently looking to hire Customer Care Executives (CC) for our International (Australia) Voice & Non-Voice Process in Shimla. The details of the position and job description are given below:

Position: CC Executive

Job Location: Shimla (Kasumpti)

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (preferred)

*Freshers may also apply!

*Fluency in spoken English is a big plus

The executive is responsible for doing verification calls and quality checks to ensure the process flow in accordance with the requirements and guidelines set by the client.

Note: The process we are hiring for is not a sales process.
