Timing:

Male Candidates: Rotational Shift

Female Candidates: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

Job Role:

Customer Support Executive ka main kaam inbound calls handle karna hoga. Aapko customers ki calls receive karni hongi, unki queries sunni hongi aur unko proper solution provide karna hoga. Candidate ko customers ke saath politely baat karni hogi aur unki problems ko effectively resolve karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound calls attend karna

Customer ki problem samajhna aur solution dena

Customers ko proper information aur support provide karna

Professional communication maintain karna
