Job Description
�� Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails
�� Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
�� Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
�� Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
�� Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
�� Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
�� Answer queries about products or the company.
�� Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
�� Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
Note:Rotational off and Rotational Shift time.
