We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive KYC Follow-up. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers with pending KYC documentation, assisting them with the completion process, and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to customers via phone, email, or SMS to remind and assist with pending KYC documentation.
Explain the importance of KYC compliance and guide customers through the submission process.
Handle inbound queries related to KYC documentation with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and updates in the system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet daily and weekly targets for follow-ups and KYC completion.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
